Our Seasonal Menu

Our precious county of Cornwall is rich with the most incredible range of produce that inspires our seasonally changing menus.

 

Over the years we've forged close connections with local suppliers from which we source the best quality ingredients from the local area. Matthew Stevens of St. Ives supplies our fresh fish and seafood, we use Cornish beef in our handmade burgers, steaks and Sunday Roasts.

 

We pride ourselves on always serving freshly cut and cooked chips that start the day in a sack of finest Cornish potatoes - no frozen stuff served here! The bar stocks a range of Cornish real ales and real ciders which are also used in the kitchen for example in our real ale battered haddock and chips.
